It now has three distinct divisions for business – Residential Assets, Retail Assets and Commercial Assets.

The real estate bug bit shezan quite easy in life. Starting at the age of 14, Shezan started assisting his father in the real estate and construction business, looking after almost everything from project to early stage planning to getting government approvals to project finance as well as looking after the project cash flows.
Having acquired essential knowledge and skill required to handle project end to end, shezan started looking at scale to take the company to the level it is today.
The company gas been growing from strength to strength under his leadership and is looking at new horizons everyday.
Shezan has completed his Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and marketing and has interned at the Prestige Group, a Fortune 500 India company and one of the biggest Real estate company in India.
When not working Shezan is a voracious reader with interest in various subjects, he also is an avid fitness enthusiast.
Looking after the operations is Faizan Sharif Sait, having joined the company after his graduation in Business from Center for Management Studies, Jain University, has also undergone stints with Industry Leaders like NoBroker, Broker Network ( 4B Networks ) and Bonito Designs.
He is responsible for the development and delivery of the projects ahead of time, and is also the driving force behind our innovative and eye catching designs.
Faizan is Gastronome and enjoys culinary arts.
The sales department is lead capably by Mr Arif who is responsible for devising and implementing sales strategy. He is also behind engaging and maintaining the various sales channels. Arif has demonstrated extreme competence in leading the sales team and effectively achieving the company’s Sales target.
Arif enjoys playing and watching cricket and is a die hard fan of the Royal Challengers Bangalore and the Indian Cricket Team.
Joseph looks after the legal aspects of the company, he has extensive experience in Corporate Law and Karnataka Land and Revenue Laws, Joseph has completed his LLB from National Law School of India University, and has practised with various law firms before Joining the company.
When not working Joseph loves Travelling across the world, exploring new countries.
